Returns and Exchanges
SHIPPING COST:
Flat rate shipping anywhere in the United States and Canada of $50.00 US. The policy is a flat rate for all wig purchases. Shampoo, Conditioner, and Masque treatment are a flat rate of $7.00 Dollars per bottle. Mannequin Head is a flat rate of $10.00 per head.
NOTE Shipping Policy:

Peggy Knight Wigs by shall be the sole arbitrator to determine if the piece has been altered in any way from its original condition and if it’s returnable.
Peggy Knight Wigs will not assume responsibility for reimbursement in the event the package is lost, stolen damaged, or mishandled
1) Prior to acceptance by FedEx when using the pre-paid label provided by Peggy Knight Wigs by or
2) in the event that the pre-paid label provided by Peggy Knight Wigs is not used for the return shipment.

If you choose to mail your return without the provided pre-paid label, we highly recommend insuring the product for the full value as Peggy Knight Wigs will NOT assume financial responsibility for returned items that are lost, stolen, or damaged when not shipped with the provided pre-paid mailing label.
If the conditions are met, Peggy Knight Wigs by will refund you the full amount of the returned item minus the 10% restocking fee. Refunds may take 5-7 business days from the day of receipt.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges can be accepted within 30 days from the delivery date and accepted for full value.

For exchanges, the 10% restocking fee will be waived, with the same return conditions stated above.
